These custom rubber feet provide a replaceable contact interface between a device and its supporting surface. The rubber body can be developed in different shapes and materials, including silicone options. The relevant wear conditions come from the actual contact, movement, and contamination at the base of the device.
A foot that remains stationary encounters a different contact pattern from one repeatedly moved across a bench. Assess the device in the way it is handled, with its normal weight and accessories fitted. The mounting seat should hold the foot so that sideways movement does not peel an exposed edge away. The intended contact face should also remain clear of adjacent rigid features beneath the device.
Inspect the underside when the device is moved or cleaned. Grit can affect both the foot and the surface it rests on. Uneven thinning may change the support height and cause rocking. Replace the correct configuration when wear becomes significant, preserving the original contact layout rather than adding unmatched pads to the remaining feet.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The relevant wear conditions come from the actual contact, movement, and contamination at the base of the device. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
