A Wear resisting rubber gasket provides a custom seal where the mating arrangement may subject the rubber to contact movement. The joint should be designed and assembled so avoidable sliding does not damage the gasket before it reaches its working position. Material, size and color can be selected for the actual interface.
Check how the two mating parts approach one another. If one face sweeps across the gasket while closing, the rubber may drag out of its seat or develop a cut at an opening. Keep the part located without stretching and use the intended alignment and fastening sequence. Select the compound for the service medium and contact conditions rather than assuming a harder material always solves wear. During disassembly, compare marks on the gasket with the movement of the mating faces. A recurring scrape can indicate an assembly path issue. Correct that relationship and remove sharp features before fitting a new gasket, so its sealing surface remains intact when the joint is first put into operation.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
