An NBR rubber seal ring can be custom molded for a joint where sealing contact must be considered alongside local movement. The contour and thickness should follow the mating faces and their support. Define the intended compressed position so the ring is not used merely as loose packing in an uncontrolled gap.
Check how the assembly holds the rubber as the equipment operates. Relative movement can pull an edge from its seat or rub a narrow section. Any vibration related benefit needs evaluation with the complete assembly, while the sealing path should remain in its designed location throughout that operation.
Select the finished NBR formulation for the medium and temperature at the joint. Before installation, clean the contact faces and position the ring without twisting it. On reopening, inspect for local wear, extrusion or a section that has flattened permanently. These signs can indicate uneven support or compression. A replacement should restore the intended geometry, with the surrounding joint corrected if it repeatedly displaces the ring.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
