An NBR black rubber round gasket provides a custom sealing element for a circular interface. The inner opening, outside diameter, and thickness should match the mating surfaces and the space available after closure. NBR is the specified material choice for this version, while black is its visible color rather than a separate performance grade.
For contact with oil, define the actual fluid and the conditions in which it reaches the gasket. Temperature and duration of exposure matter alongside the material name. The joint should provide the intended compression around the sealing area without a portion of the rubber being pushed into an unsupported gap. Check alignment before tightening so the central opening remains correctly positioned.
Keep both sealing faces clean during installation. Grit, old gasket fragments, or damage on the mating surface can interrupt contact even when the rubber dimensions are correct. During servicing, inspect for an altered fit or uneven deformation and address the joint condition before replacing the gasket. The complete connection establishes its operating limits.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
