Rubber chair feet provide covered contact points beneath furniture, helping keep exposed leg ends from meeting the floor directly. The receiving profile should match the chair's actual leg, including its end angle and any taper. The internal seat determines the final support height, not just the cover's outside dimensions.
For chair use, check the installed feet as a set so the furniture rests without an uneven corner. Remove dirt and sharp damage from the leg ends before fitting. During cleaning, inspect the underside for embedded grit and thinning rubber where the hard leg presses against the base.
A cane tip is a separate application with its own compatibility and support requirements. A furniture foot should not be assumed suitable for a mobility aid merely because it fits over the same nominal tube diameter. Keep replacement parts matched to their intended use, and replace worn or loose fittings before the receiving end becomes exposed or the original contact geometry is lost.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
