Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Heat-exposed silicone controlled buttons should be selected around the temperature experienced within the assembled control. The chosen compound, surface construction and clearances need to work with the housing and underlying actuation arrangement under those conditions.
ETOL offers custom shapes, dimensions and material constructions. Define the normal operating environment and processing exposure before selecting the rubber. Keep the buttons clear of direct contact with a hot projection or other feature that could create localized conditions unlike the surrounding panel.
Evaluate key movement and electrical response in the complete equipment through its specified operating conditions. Check that the housing does not preload a button and that each key returns when released. During maintenance, follow the equipment's appropriate cooling procedure and inspect for hardening, distortion or a damaged flexible junction. If one button is affected differently from the others, inspect the corresponding clearance and exposure before replacement. Do not compensate for an altered key by pressing harder or trimming its profile without reviewing the complete control interface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
