A black rubber gasket washer made in silicone is developed around a particular machine joint and its operating exposure. Black appearance is common across many rubber parts, so the selected compound and geometry should remain identifiable even when other seals in the equipment look similar.
Custom molding or cutting can define the outline, thickness and required openings. Select the formulation for the substances and temperatures at the joint, including maintenance cleaners. Where identification markings are included in the design, locate them so they do not interfere with the intended sealing face.
Evaluate the fitted gasket with the actual machine components and fastening arrangement. Check narrow areas near locating features for pinching before the assembly is returned to service. During replacement, compare the designated configuration with the spare rather than relying on color or a similar outside size. Inspect the removed gasket and mating surface together; localized damage can reveal a seating issue that another identical gasket will not correct by itself.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
