A protective rubber cable sleeve with an oval grommet profile combines an elongated mounting outline with a passage for industrial wiring. The long and short axes should suit the cutout and the way the cable bundle approaches it.
ETOL can customize dimensions, material, color and molded details. Compare the curved ends and panel thickness with the retaining profile rather than checking only overall length and width. Set the sleeve direction around the final route so the cable does not turn sharply at the oval seat.
Fit the perimeter while access permits inspection of both ends. Pass the wiring through without pulling the sleeve partly inside the opening, then check its exit after the harness is secured. During service, support the bundle before releasing its clips so weight does not drag the oval flange down at one end. Remove debris from the protected passage and inspect for a wall that has folded or worn locally. Correct the cable support or custom geometry if the same region repeatedly rubs against surrounding hardware.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The long and short axes should suit the cutout and the way the cable bundle approaches it. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a through-hole or blind-hole profile, then compare the dimensions for your panel and cable arrangement.
