Rubber wire bushings and grommets should cover the full contact region through an electrical cable opening. A passage can include a second edge behind the visible panel face, so the protective length needs to be assessed against the whole entry.
ETOL can customize dimensions, material, hardness and color. Check the depth, retained section and bore separately. Keep the wire's finished covering within the rubber-lined route rather than allowing it to emerge onto an unprotected internal edge.
Fit the bushing before surrounding parts restrict access, then inspect its far end after the wire is passed through. A flexible wall may turn back during threading while the front flange remains apparently correct. Secure the wire independently and confirm that the final route has not shortened or collapsed the protected passage. During maintenance, inspect the hidden length where accessible, especially after a cable has been pulled out. Remove trapped particles before reassembly and replace a split wall instead of leaving its damage concealed inside the panel.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A passage can include a second edge behind the visible panel face, so the protective length needs to be assessed against the whole entry. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
