Custom silicone Anti Slip Pad Rubber Feet form separate contact points beneath an item. Their positions should follow the usable support areas of the base, which may differ from its overall outside outline or decorative shape.
ETOL can customize structure, material, dimensions, hardness and color. Identify flat bonding locations and keep the feet clear of recessed panels, access openings and raised hardware. The selected heights should allow the intended contact points to share support without introducing rocking.
Prepare each location for the adhesive backing and position the feet before pressing them down. Follow the required bonding conditions before applying load. Check the item on its intended supporting surface and inspect the contact beneath each foot. If one remains unloaded, review the base geometry and seating before adding another pad. During relocation, lift the item clear so the feet do not catch and peel. Remove particles from the rubber faces during cleaning and replace a loose foot on a properly prepared area rather than using repeated pressure to hold a contaminated bond.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
