A High Temperature Resistant Rubber Washer should be selected around the conditions at the joint where it is installed. The compound determines which combination of heat, fluids and exposure duration the washer can accommodate, while its dimensions establish the contact within the assembly.
Rubber washers and gaskets can be cut or molded in different forms, with materials including NBR, SBR, CR and EPDM used for selected applications. Choose the particular formulation for the actual duty rather than treating every rubber option as having the same thermal or chemical behavior.
Check the mating faces, inside opening and assembled space before selecting the washer thickness. Local projections or incomplete support can concentrate compression and affect contact as the joint operates. Fit the washer flat and use the assembly's specified fastening condition.
Evaluate the completed joint through its intended operating conditions. For servicing, follow the prescribed cooling and release procedure before opening it. Inspect the removed washer for hardening, cuts or a permanent uneven impression, and examine the matching face for the cause. A replacement should address both the material requirement and the geometry of the contact rather than only matching the old washer's outside diameter.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
