A disk rubber pad with adhesive backing provides a circular flexible contact layer. The center of the bonded disk should correspond with the intended loading area so the pad is not pressed near one edge while the opposite side contributes little support.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, material, hardness, color and structure. Compare the usable bonding surface with the disk diameter, including any central projection or recess. A round outline can appear well aligned from one side even if the mating contact is offset underneath.
Prepare the substrate, locate the center and apply the pad flat using the chosen adhesive's assembly conditions. Allow the bond to develop as required before placing the mating item onto it. Inspect the perimeter for unequal bulging or a section being peeled by sideways motion. During cleaning, keep grit from becoming embedded in the exposed rubber. If the contact pattern changes after nearby parts are adjusted, recheck the pad position rather than assuming its original centered appearance still matches the revised assembly.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
