A molded Adhesive Backed Rubber Pad provides a flexible contact shape attached through a bonded base. Its upper contour and lower bonding footprint serve different purposes, so both should correspond with the assembly rather than being selected solely by the pad's outside size.
ETOL can adapt structure, dimensions, material, hardness and color. Define where the mating object touches the upper surface and how much flat substrate supports the backing. A raised contact on top should not tilt the pad against an inadequately supported adhesive face.
Prepare the mounting surface and place the pad in its intended orientation. Follow the selected backing's bonding requirements before loading it. Inspect the assembled contact for localized compression, sideways movement or a corner beginning to lift. During cleaning, keep tools from catching beneath the bonded edge. Replace a displaced pad on a clean seat instead of pressing debris back into the adhesive. If contact keeps moving away from the intended contour, reassess the mounting position or molded profile before another replacement is fitted.

The upper contour and lower bonding footprint serve different purposes, so both should correspond with the assembly rather than being selected solely by the pad's outside size. Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
