Rubber edge bumpers shaped as corner protectors provide a softer outer boundary where two component faces meet. The custom shape should follow the angle and surface lengths where it is mounted, so both sides remain supported. Size, rubber choice and color can be selected to suit the part and the contact expected around it.
Examine whether the corner is sharp, rounded or interrupted by a seam. A protector developed for one corner form may sit with a gap on another, leaving its outer edge easy to catch. Fit it so that the working surface covers the intended contact area without obstructing an adjacent opening or moving part. The mounting method should hold both sides in position rather than relying on one narrow edge. After installation, check the direction from which ordinary contact will arrive. A repeated sideways scrape can lift an exposed end even when a straight press leaves the protector seated. During care, remove grit from beneath any loose area and address the retention before continued movement wears the covered finish.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
