A High temperature silicone cap is a custom end cover whose material and fit need to suit the thermal conditions around the protected component. The relevant conditions include the surface beneath the cap, the surrounding air and how long the exposure lasts. Size and color can be tailored, but the thermal selection should follow the specific finished construction.
An easy fit at installation does not establish how the cap will sit after the component warms. Evaluate the engagement and contact areas through the intended operating cycle, including the cooled condition if the cover will be removed afterward. Leave room for nearby features so the rubber is not trapped against a sharp edge as the assembly changes temperature.
Select the operating conditions around the actual compound and the finished cap's application evaluation. Different rubber choices should not share an assumed temperature limit. During service, wait until the component can be handled safely, then inspect the cap for surface damage or a changed fit. Replace a deteriorated cover and review its exposure before returning it to the same location.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
