Protective leg tips for camera stand assemblies cover the ends of compatible supports and provide a rubber contact face. Their fit should be checked with the stand opened to its working position, because the angle of a leg changes how the base of a tip meets the surface.
Compare the tube profile, insertion length and the clearance needed around any adjustment feature. A tip must stay seated when the stand is folded, carried and opened again. If the leg end changes orientation during adjustment, examine the contact at those positions rather than judging only the loose cap.
ETOL can customize the shape, material, hardness and color. Evaluate the stand with its intended equipment and the surfaces used for the project. A rubber face does not establish a universal traction value or make an otherwise unstable support arrangement suitable.
Keep the contact area free from sand before using the stand on a finished floor. Inspect the tip after transport for partial removal or damage from other equipment. If one side wears faster, check the leg angle and seating rather than immediately replacing every tip with a softer material. The selected replacement should preserve the support height and fit of the approved assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
