Product Overview

Rubber crutch tips form the interface at the lower end of the intended support. Silicone and other rubber options are available with custom size, color and logos. Chair feet and crutch components need separate fit assessments because their support angles and contact requirements can differ.

A replacement needs to match the device's specified connection and base geometry. Check the cavity, depth and retention arrangement together. The outside silhouette alone may hide a different internal fit, and a tip that slides over the tube easily may not remain secure in use.

Before fitting, examine the support end for damage that could cut into the new rubber. Seat the part by the method appropriate to its design, then check that the contact base is undistorted. Select the tip for the specific device and its intended support load. Inspect for wear and contamination before continued use, and replace a compromised tip with the correct version rather than reinforcing a split rim with tape.

Material options
Custom silicone or rubber formulation, with dimensions and color adapted to the mating component.
Hardness range
Silicone: 20–80 Shore A; rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Select the tip for the specific device and its intended support load.
Custom profile & fit
Silicone and other rubber options are available with custom size, color and logos.
Assembly considerations

Design check
Inspect for wear and contamination before continued use, and replace a compromised tip with the correct version rather than reinforcing a split rim with tape.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
