These rubber protector end caps are presented as a 13 mm square cover. A square fitting needs attention to the faces and the corner shape, because both influence how the rubber sits over the protected end. The nominal size should be checked against the intended mating dimension before selecting the finished part.
Measure the component across its flats and examine whether its corners are sharp, rounded or affected by a coating. A cap can fit the flat measurement yet stretch excessively at a corner.
