Product Overview
White rubber caps and clear silicone covers can be molded around the square feature they are intended to cover. White and transparent versions offer different appearances, while the dimensions and retained profile determine the actual fit. Choose the visual finish together with the opening size, depth and surrounding clearance.
ETOL supports custom shapes and colors, with logo treatments including printing, embossing and debossing where suitable for the selected design. For a square cover, include the corner shape and any taper in the mating part. A cover that grips at the mouth may still leave a gap or become overstretched farther along its depth.
Select the material for the intended contact and environment. If water exclusion is required, evaluate the complete fitted cover under that exposure rather than treating a close appearance as an established waterproof rating. Transparent material can assist some visual checks, but clarity depends on the finished formulation and geometry.
Fit the cover onto a clean, prepared feature and inspect each side for an even seat. Avoid using the cover to conceal a damaged edge that can cut it from beneath. During removal, use the intended gripping area and inspect the inside corners before refitting, especially if the cover has been pulled off at an angle.
