Match the attachment and installation method
Colored silicone buttons can separate groups of functions visually while sharing one keypad assembly. The color scheme should follow the control layout and remain clear alongside the printed or molded legends. For conductive versions, the visible groups also need to remain registered with the corresponding circuit positions.
Check the finished colors under the lighting in which the panel will be used. Similar shades may appear less distinct on small curved keys than in an enlarged artwork view. Button shape and spacing can provide additional identification when a fingertip covers part of the label.
Evaluate the assembled controls for independent presses, contact response and complete release. A color choice does not establish material properties or a particular electrical value. During cleaning, preserve both the surface finish and any markings, keeping residue away from the underside contacts. Restore the sheet's locating features after removal so the color-coded functions continue to correspond to their intended inputs rather than a shifted position within the enclosure.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
