Self-adhesive rubber feet for cabinet doors and drawers serve as small contact buffers where the moving front meets its frame. The pad thickness helps establish a consistent separation at closure and should be coordinated with the latch position. Custom dimensions allow the pad to fit on a narrow rail or another defined contact area.
Position the buffers where the moving part naturally lands. A pad close to a hinge may experience a different movement from one near the outer edge, and a thick buffer can affect latch engagement. On a drawer front, check both sides so that the front remains aligned instead of stopping against a single high point.
Clean the mounting area and let it dry before exposing the adhesive. Press the whole pad onto the surface rather than attaching just its center. The bond must suit the cabinet finish, including any coating or texture. If a door starts sitting unevenly, examine the buffers for movement or wear as well as checking the hinges. Replace displaced pads before adjusting hardware around an incorrect contact height.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
