An adhesive foot bumper provides a flexible rubber contact beneath a furniture support point. The adhesive footprint should fit the available underside while leaving the rubber contact face properly supported. Movement of the furniture places demands on the bond that differ from a stationary load.
Choose a position where the pad does not project beyond the leg or base edge. An exposed lip can catch as the furniture is moved, beginning to peel the pad from its seat. The mounting face should be stable and clean so that the adhesive is not relying on a loose coating.
After fitting, check that all supports contact the floor as intended. Lift the item for significant repositioning and keep grit away from the rubber faces. The selected compound and adhesive should suit the floor finish, mounting substrate, and cleaning routine. If a foot moves from its original position, inspect the bond area before reuse. Replacing the pad at the correct location helps preserve the furniture's intended stance.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
