Product Overview

Adhesive rubber bumper feet provide a removable product component, but replacing one requires attention to the old bonding layer. Residue left beneath the new foot can change its height or create an uneven seat. This is particularly noticeable on rigid equipment that needs several feet to share support consistently.

Choose a replacement with the intended footprint, profile, and adhesive system. Assess the underlying surface after removing the worn foot, including any damage to a coating. Clean it by a method appropriate to that finish and allow it to reach the condition required for bonding before applying the new part.

Locate the foot accurately rather than stacking it over remaining rubber or tape. Check the full set of supports once the adhesive is ready for use, looking for rocking or unintended housing contact. If the old part failed by peeling at an edge, examine handling and placement as well as the bond. A replacement fitted in the same exposed position may face the same snagging force unless the arrangement is improved.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Compare firmness under load at the intended contact face. Choose a replacement with the intended footprint, profile, and adhesive system.
Custom profile & fit
Check the full set of supports once the adhesive is ready for use, looking for rocking or unintended housing contact.
Assembly considerations
A replacement fitted in the same exposed position may face the same snagging force unless the arrangement is improved.
Design check
Assess the underlying surface after removing the worn foot, including any damage to a coating.

Photos illustrate structure or material only. A consistent bonding layer and fitted footprint help the bumper feet share the support of a rigid housing. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
