Custom rubber feet for ironing board frames fit the support ends and provide the contact surface beneath the opened board. Silicone is one available material, with dimensions, hardness and color developed for the frame. The installed angle and folding arrangement determine the useful shape more than the tube diameter alone.
Check the feet with the board opened into each intended working position. The support ends can meet the floor at a different angle as the frame changes position, so the contact face should remain appropriate throughout that range. Also check the folded condition: an oversized foot can touch the opposite leg or prevent the frame from resting as intended in storage.
Fit each part fully on its support, with the tube end bearing in the designed area. Keep the feet and floor clear of lint, dust and cleaning residue. If the board rocks, inspect frame position and seating depth as well as the rubber. A replacement should preserve the required height and contact geometry rather than merely cover the tube end.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The installed angle and folding arrangement determine the useful shape more than the tube diameter alone. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
