Silicone rubber feet provide molded contact points beneath equipment or furniture. The custom shape should suit the mounting area, load path, and intended support height. If the part also serves a damping role, that function needs to be evaluated within the complete assembly.
Check how the supported item transfers weight into each foot and whether movement is expected in compression, shear, or another direction. A chair support and an equipment damper can require different geometry even when both use rubber. The selected compound should suit the actual surface and environmental conditions.
Fit the feet using the intended attachment and inspect the complete set for level support. Keep the contact areas clean and check for movement at the fixing. No fixed vibration reduction or load capacity should be assumed from silicone hardness alone. During maintenance, inspect for tears or permanent deformation and replace damaged feet with the matching profile and installed height. Correct uneven loading or misalignment so the replacement is not subjected to the same concentrated contact.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
