Match the attachment and installation method
An elastic vacuum suction cup should deform in the manner intended to establish rim contact, rather than being bent sideways by its attachment. The mounting position needs to let the cup meet the surface squarely before load is applied. Select the profile around the actual surface texture and curvature, including the full area beneath the lip.
Check the direction and movement of the attached load. A component projecting away from the surface can introduce leverage that differs from a straight pull. Where the cup is part of a vacuum system, assess it with the real supply, operating sequence, and release conditions.
Keep the rim clean and inspect for a folded region before use. Verify contact with the assembly in its intended position. During release, avoid dragging the cup across the surface while it remains attached. Repeated wear on one side may indicate a mounting or motion problem, so correct that condition before replacing the cup rather than relying on extra pressure during fitting to restore an uneven seat.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
