A rubber vacuum suction cup with a screw connection provides a flexible surface attachment and a mechanical mounting point. The cup's contact and the screw's engagement need to work together. Custom size, color, hardness and logo options allow the part to be adapted to a selected assembly.
Keep the suction lip relaxed while securing the attached hardware. Turning the whole cup against the mounting surface can fold its edge or disturb contact. Align the screw with its mating part first, then use the assembly method appropriate to that connection.
The cup needs a compatible smooth surface and an intact perimeter for suction. Evaluate the finished attachment under its intended load direction, including any sideways force from the mounted item. A screw connection that feels rigid does not establish how the flexible face holds on a particular substrate. During inspection, clear particles from the lip and check for permanent creases. Release the surface contact before repositioning the assembly instead of levering the attached item to one side. Store the cup so loose screws cannot scratch its contact face.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
