Match the attachment and installation method
Replacement vacuum suction cups should match the original connection and working contact profile. A screw that fits the same receiver establishes only one part of compatibility. Body length, lip shape and any air passage can also change the cup's position and behavior within the assembly.
Compare these features before installation, including how far the screw engages and where the cup face sits relative to the holder. The selected rubber formulation needs to suit the workpiece and operating exposure. A visually similar replacement should not automatically inherit the original system's handling capacity.
Evaluate the completed arrangement in its intended orientation after fitting. Check the rim for full contact and inspect the connection for leakage or distortion where relevant. During service, record the selected configuration through consistent part identification so later replacements preserve it. A cup that repeatedly wears in one location may reveal an alignment or surface problem that should be addressed rather than treated as a reason to keep fitting the same part more frequently.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Body length, lip shape and any air passage can also change the cup's position and behavior within the assembly. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
