Custom rubber long grommets provide an extended interface around an electrical cable passage. The longer body should follow the intended route while its retaining area fits the receiving structure. Overall length and the bore need to be selected with the available space beyond the panel opening.
Inspect the route at both ends of the grommet. A cable can appear correctly centered at the entrance while bending sharply at the far end, where the rubber may be less visible. Leave room for the intended cable bend and secure the route with its designated supports. The extended body should not be folded against a nearby bracket or stretched to reach an offset opening.
Choose the compound for the local temperature and contact substances, with any electrical insulation requirement assessed separately. Keep the bore clean and prevent sharp connector or wire ends from damaging its surface during threading. After the assembly is secured, verify that the grommet remains seated and that the cable jacket is separated from the surrounding edges throughout the intended protected region.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
