Custom adhesive rubber feet attach a rubber contact surface to a product base without a screw hole. The selected 3M adhesive grade should suit the base material, surface finish, and service conditions. The rubber outline and installed height can then be coordinated with the supporting layout.
Prepare the mounting area before placing the foot. Dust, oil, or old adhesive residue can reduce the effective bonded area, while a textured or recessed base may require a specific fit assessment. Position the foot accurately and follow the application conditions appropriate to the chosen adhesive. Avoid touching the bonding surface unnecessarily during placement.
Evaluate the complete product after the feet are fitted. Their heights and positions should let the intended contact faces meet the supporting surface without rocking. A foot edge that protrudes beyond the base may be caught during movement. Keep the lower contact face clean and inspect the bond if the foot begins to shift. Replacement should use the correct rubber geometry and adhesive configuration rather than assume all adhesive backed feet behave the same way.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
