Silicone rubber function keypads can group several controls into a molded interface that follows a custom panel. Each button position should correspond to its underlying switching location, while the surrounding sheet keeps the group aligned. The panel openings and support beneath the keypad determine how freely each function key can move.
Define the shape and spacing around the intended input tasks. A frequently used key may need different access from a nearby secondary control, and the layout should leave room for off center presses without catching an enclosure edge. Select markings that make the function clear in the installed viewing position.
During assembly, seat locating features without stretching the keypad web to force alignment. Keep the contact region clean and test the controls with the actual electronics after the enclosure is fastened. Check neighboring keys for unintended movement when one button is pressed. During service, inspect the full support arrangement if several keys change feel together, since a shifted sheet or housing interference can affect more than one function.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
