Car suction cups need a defined receiving surface and attachment purpose within the vehicle arrangement. The cup should make continuous contact with that surface while its connection positions the attached item appropriately. A general car-use category does not establish compatibility with every dashboard, glass area or trim finish.
Check surface texture and curvature before choosing the cup profile. The selected silicone formulation and complete holder must suit the local exposure and movement. Positioning an item farther from the surface can change the forces at the rim even if the item's weight stays the same.
Evaluate retention in the intended configuration without inferring a carrying capacity from appearance. Keep the contact surfaces clean and inspect them after repositioning or adjustment. Avoid locations where release would interfere with vehicle use or damage an item below. Detach through the cup's intended release feature rather than pulling on the attached component, which can stress the connection and lip in a way different from normal operation.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The car suction cup needs continuous surface contact and a connection that holds the attached item in the intended position. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
