Product Overview

EPDM small mounts and NBR damper variants should be chosen for the actual contact and exposure conditions of the installation. Where the rubber meets a supporting surface, friction depends on that surface's finish, contamination and direction of applied force. A skid proof description does not establish one result for every mounting environment.

Custom shape, dimensions and color allow the component to match the equipment. Select the formulation for local fluids and temperature, then evaluate the complete support arrangement under representative loading. The material choice should remain clear if visually similar NBR and EPDM versions are used in different positions.

Check that the contact face is fully supported and that fastening does not leave the mount tilted. Keep particles and residue away from the working surfaces before installation. During maintenance, inspect for movement, uneven wear and a changing installed height. If a mount repeatedly shifts, review its retention and the forces reaching it rather than increasing surface pressure without understanding the cause. The whole assembly should maintain its intended stance and clearance.

Material options
EPDM / NBR compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. If a mount repeatedly shifts, review its retention and the forces reaching it rather than increasing surface pressure without understanding the cause.
Custom geometry
Custom shape, dimensions and color allow the component to match the equipment.
Fit evaluation
Select the formulation for local fluids and temperature, then evaluate the complete support arrangement under representative loading.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach

03

Evaluate the sample

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly

04

Produce & inspect

Manufacture and check against the approved requirements

Review the intended assembly

Working conditions

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.

Material and structure

Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.

Installation

Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
