Self adhesive silicone rubber feet attach to a receiving base through a selected adhesive layer. The adhesive needs a suitable substrate and application method, while the rubber provides the contact surface below. A sticky feel during fitting does not establish the finished bond strength or the load behavior of the foot.
Choose positions that support the item without leaving a pad edge exposed to repeated peeling during movement. The contact area should be clean and compatible with the adhesive system, including its actual temperature and cleaning exposure. Follow the requirements of the specified adhesive rather than assuming all grades behave alike.
Evaluate the complete set of feet once applied through the intended method. During care, inspect for lifting edges, shifted pads and debris underneath the rubber. Replace a damaged or detached foot with the defined configuration, preparing the receiving area appropriately instead of bonding another layer over loose residue. Preserve the intended support height so the item continues to rest evenly on its contact points.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
