A silicone adhesive dot provides a compact bumper at a chosen contact point. Several dots can be placed around a product, but their spacing and height should be planned so the intended surfaces actually meet them. Adding an extra dot to an uneven area can change which points carry load rather than simply increasing support.
Select the diameter around the local contact footprint and the flat area available for bonding. The dot should not sit partly across a groove or textured marking. Consider whether contact arrives straight onto its top or slides across the edge, since these movements place different demands on the attachment.
Position accurately before pressing the adhesive face onto a prepared surface. Keep fingers and dust away from the bond, and follow the selected adhesive's application conditions. Check contact once the assembled product is ready for use. If a dot becomes displaced, remove the failed component and restore a clean seating area before replacement rather than placing a fresh dot over the old adhesive or rubber.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
