Custom 60mm rubber suction cups with a hook provide a removable hanging arrangement based on contact with a suitable surface. PVC is identified for this version. The cup size gives a starting point for the physical layout, while the actual hold depends on the surface, cup condition, hook arrangement, and applied load.
The cup needs a clean, smooth, nonporous contact area large enough for its rim to sit continuously. A tile joint, texture, or scratch beneath the sealing edge can allow air to enter. Clean both the surface and the cup before fitting, then position the hook so the intended hanging direction does not immediately peel one side of the rim away.
Assess the assembled cup and hook with the intended item and placement. The 60mm dimension does not establish a universal carrying capacity, and changes in loading direction can affect retention. A hanging item that is frequently pulled sideways may disturb the cup differently from one left stationary.
Inspect the attachment periodically and refit it if the rim begins to lift. For removal, release the cup at its edge instead of pulling hard on the hook. Keep the contact face free from cuts and deposits so it can seat evenly the next time it is used.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
