Product Overview

A 60mm suction cup provides a nominal footprint for a PVC hook fitting. Its whole contact edge needs a suitable surface; a small patch of texture or a joint beneath one part of the rim can affect attachment. Check the actual cup dimensions and the available mounting area together.

On glass or a compatible smooth tile, leave clearance around the rim and space to operate the hook. The item should hang without forcing the cup against a neighboring edge. Confirm the hook connection and evaluate retention using the intended orientation rather than assigning a load from the 60 mm diameter.

Remove surface residue using a PVC-compatible preparation method before placement.

After attaching the item, look for edge lifting and recheck the fitting during normal use. Release the suction before changing position rather than dragging the cup along the surface. Keep the PVC lip away from sharp objects in storage, and replace it if permanent distortion prevents even contact around the rim.

Material options
PVC configuration as described; a custom silicone or rubber alternative requires its own fit evaluation.
Hardness selection
Elastomer alternatives only: silicone 20–80 Shore A; rubber 30–90 Shore A. Confirm the hook connection and evaluate retention using the intended orientation rather than assigning a load from the 60 mm diameter.
Custom geometry
On glass or a compatible smooth tile, leave clearance around the rim and space to operate the hook.
Fit evaluation
Check the actual cup dimensions and the available mounting area together.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
