Selected for the contact, temperature and movement
Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
An adhesive heating pad requires an attachment suited to the temperatures and surfaces involved in its intended assembly. The adhesive interface may encounter different conditions from the exposed silicone face, so both sides should be considered when defining the custom component.
ETOL can adapt the structure, material, dimensions, hardness and color. If the project requires an electrical heating element, its supply, controls and operating ratings must be defined as part of the complete product. Those features are not established by the name of the molded pad.
Compare the pad outline with the bonding area, including any surface curve or interruption that changes contact. Prepare the substrate using the method required for the selected backing and avoid folds that leave an area unattached. Evaluate the assembly through its intended operating cycle and inspect the bond for lifting or displacement. If the pad must be removed during service, follow a method compatible with the substrate rather than pulling against delicate surrounding components or leaving torn backing beneath a replacement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
