Adhesive backed rubber feet provide a black rubber contact surface that attaches to a suitable base without a separate mounting hole. Their position affects how an enclosure or other supported item rests, so establish the layout before exposing the adhesive. A foot placed partly over a recess or edge has less supported bonding area than its visible footprint suggests.
The rubber dimensions, hardness and material can be customized. Select the adhesive construction for the actual substrate, surface finish and operating conditions; the reference to 3M does not identify a particular tape grade or universal bond strength.
Prepare the attachment area using a method compatible with that surface and adhesive. Remove the liner without touching the exposed bond face, align the foot and apply the pressure specified for the selected adhesive. Allow the required bonding time before placing the item into service.
During inspection, look for lifted edges and rubber that has shifted relative to its original position. Avoid repeatedly peeling and repositioning a foot, since that can contaminate the bond face. If the attachment fails, address the surface preparation, adhesive choice or loading direction before fitting a replacement in the same place.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
