An adhesive Silicone Gasket in a flat ring format follows a defined inner and outer outline. Die cutting produces the planar shape, while the selected sheet thickness and backing contribute to the assembled height. The ring should be handled so its narrow sections are not stretched before they reach the bonding surface.
Compare the cut opening with the passage or feature it surrounds, and check that the outer edge remains within the available sealing land. A flat ring should be selected around that planar joint; its geometry differs from a round-section O-ring intended to sit in a shaped groove.
Peel the liner gradually and support the rubber as it is placed. If the ring is flexible or narrow, align it from a clear reference point instead of pulling it across the surface. Press it down using the method required for the selected adhesive, then bring the opposing part into position without dragging the ring. Inspect the inner edge for folds that could remain hidden once the joint is closed.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
