Match the attachment and installation method
A self-adhesive anti vibration rubber pad should remain correctly located when the surrounding assembly is adjusted. Moving a bracket or changing a contact height can shift force toward a pad edge and alter both cushioning and attachment conditions.
ETOL offers custom shapes, dimensions, compounds, hardness and colors. Define the intended support footprint and the substrate available for bonding. Keep the pad clear of recesses or hardware that would leave its backing partly unsupported.
Apply it to a prepared surface according to the selected adhesive's requirements and allow the necessary bond development before loading. After adjustment of nearby parts, inspect the pad for unequal compression, sliding or lifting. Evaluate the assembly's required behavior with the final supports in place. During maintenance, check the bond as well as the rubber surface and replace a displaced part on a clean substrate. Correct the changed contact geometry first instead of repeatedly repositioning a contaminated pad, which can leave an uncertain attachment beneath an otherwise correctly aligned component.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
