An anti vibration washer places a resilient ring at a mounting contact. For a heat-exposed assembly, the compound should suit the temperature at the washer while the section provides the intended compliant interface. Dimensions, material and color can be customized for the joint.
Check how the fastener and surrounding hardware load the rubber. A washer flattened until rigid parts touch may provide little of the movement intended by the mounting design. The ring should remain supported across its working area, with sufficient clearance around the central feature.
Consider heat transfer through the fastener as well as the surrounding air. Evaluate the chosen formulation under the actual thermal and mechanical conditions together. During assembly, keep the washer centered and use the compression defined for the mounting arrangement. Inspect for a ring pushed outward on one side. When servicing, compare permanent deformation around the circumference and review any uneven contact. Replace with the intended section and compound so the mount retains its designed spacing, rather than selecting a ring solely because it fits over the same screw.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
