A custom made rubber blind oval grommet covers an oval opening with a closed center. ETOL can vary the size, material and color, allowing the part to suit a panel where an available standard closure does not provide the required fit. The useful starting point is the opening itself and the space around its perimeter.
Measure the cutout in both directions and note the wall thickness along the edge. If the panel changes thickness locally, that feature matters to the retaining groove. The visible face should cover the opening without needing excessive stretch, and the flanges need unobstructed room on their respective sides.
Choose material and fit before color; visually similar covers can have different mounting behavior.
Check the custom trial part for removal as well as insertion if the opening needs occasional access. Use the retaining edge carefully rather than puncturing the center to gain purchase. A damaged membrane should be replaced when the panel requires a continuous closed cover.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The visible face should cover the opening without needing excessive stretch, and the flanges need unobstructed room on their respective sides. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a through-hole or blind-hole profile, then compare the dimensions for your panel and cable arrangement.
133 sizes with an open passage for cables. Match the outside dimensions, opening, panel hole, panel thickness and overall thickness. Dimensions are in millimeters (mm).
