A blood pressure bulb specified in latex-free silicone belongs to a defined device material configuration. The bulb, connected tubing and attached valve components should be considered together when that requirement applies. Substituting another flexible part on the basis of color or feel does not preserve the selected construction.
Keep replacement bulbs identifiable by their formulation and connection profile. The same chamber outline can be supplied with different neck details, and a replacement must join the existing components through the intended engagement. Follow the finished device's preparation and replacement process when introducing a new part.
The storage position also deserves attention. A holder should leave the chamber relaxed rather than continually flattened, and the connected tube should not pull the neck sideways. Check the arrangement with the device packed or stored as it normally is, not only when the bulb is in the user's hand.
Inspect the chamber after it returns from storage and evaluate operation through the device's established checks. Any change in response requires assessment of the complete inflation assembly. The selected silicone material does not independently determine measurement accuracy or the clinical suitability of the finished device.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
