Product Overview

A Bottle Rubber Seal Ring forms a flexible sealing band within a bottle closure. Its fit depends on the groove or seating face that holds it, and its material needs to suit the bottle contents. Oil resistance must be selected for the actual liquid and contact conditions rather than inferred from the ring's appearance.

Check how the closure moves while it compresses the ring. A turning lid may drag the rubber if the seating area does not retain it correctly. Align the ring without twists, and keep its section within the intended groove before closing the bottle. Custom dimensions, compound and color can be selected for that joint.

Evaluate the assembled closure using the intended contents, exposure duration and care method. Examine the ring after opening for a shifted position, a folded area or damage along one edge. If it has changed size or become difficult to seat after exposure, reassess the material against the liquid involved. Clean the mating faces before fitting a replacement, and avoid compensating for a damaged seal by tightening the lid beyond its intended position.

Material options
Rubber. Custom formulation and color for the intended contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Align the ring without twists, and keep its section within the intended groove before closing the bottle.
Custom dimensions
Examine the ring after opening for a shifted position, a folded area or damage along one edge.
Fit & assembly
Evaluate the assembled closure using the intended contents, exposure duration and care method.
Use & inspection
Clean the mating faces before fitting a replacement, and avoid compensating for a damaged seal by tightening the lid beyond its intended position.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
