A flange rubber washer can be custom molded as an industrial sealing ring for a particular flange interface. The inner opening, outer contour and thickness should follow the actual sealing face and its support. The part needs to stay clear of any passage while maintaining the contact area required around it.
Check the relationship to fastening and locating features before assembly. A ring that fits the central opening may still overlap an unsupported region or shift as the flange closes. Place it naturally on a clean face and verify that the intended contour remains aligned.
Select the finished compound for the medium, temperature and operating conditions of the joint. Evaluate the assembled seal using the intended flange arrangement rather than assuming one washer fits all similar openings. On disassembly, inspect for extrusion, cuts and uneven compression marks. A replacement should match the working profile and thickness. Repeated damage at one side warrants checking flange alignment and face condition before simply installing a thicker ring.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
