Match the attachment and installation method
A colored silicone medical rubber stopper provides a custom closure whose profile should match a defined device or container opening. The color can help identify the component version, while the body, shoulder, and head establish how it fits and is retained. Those details should remain associated throughout assembly and replacement.
Select the formulation and color configuration for the actual medical contact and processing conditions. The receiving component and closure method determine the required seated position. Insert the stopper into a clean opening without folding the body, then inspect the final position after any retaining parts are fitted. Keep the working surface protected from particles and tool damage during handling. If several colored variants are used, preserve their complete dimensional identity rather than selecting by color alone. A change in the container neck, equipment opening, or preparation process should be considered when assessing the stopper. The visible appearance does not independently establish suitability for another medical closure arrangement.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A change in the container neck, equipment opening, or preparation process should be considered when assessing the stopper. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
