A waterproof rubber gasket can be compression molded to follow a custom sealing interface. The dimensions and compound should suit the opening, supporting surfaces and intended water exposure. Manufacturing the profile is one part of the design; the assembled joint determines where the rubber makes its working contact.
Inspect the mating faces and locate the gasket before closing. A surface step or trapped particle can interrupt contact locally, even when the perimeter appears aligned. The joint should hold the rubber without stretching a narrow section or pushing an edge away from its seat.
Assess the complete assembly under the expected water conditions. Include adjacent seams so a separate entry path is not confused with the gasket interface. During maintenance, clean the seat and examine the removed rubber for cuts, displaced regions or lasting flattening. Replace damaged parts with the correct profile and material. If the same section repeatedly loses contact, review the supporting geometry and closing arrangement before adding force to the joint.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
