A custom rubber sealing washer can include a shaped perimeter and openings positioned for the assembly. This is useful when a standard circular washer would leave parts of the intended interface uncovered or interfere with nearby features. The dimensions should describe the complete contact path rather than only the overall size.
Where several openings are present, their relationship establishes alignment. A small positional difference can stretch the rubber around one feature while allowing another area to lift. Check the mating component and the locating arrangement before selecting the final thickness and material.
Install the washer without pulling it across its holes to make it fit. Each opening should settle around its intended feature while the surrounding section remains flat. Choose the compound for the medium, temperature, and cleaning process at the joint. During closure, keep the mating parts aligned to avoid dragging the washer sideways. If the assembly is reopened, inspect the bridges between openings as well as the outside edge, since damage in those narrow areas may be less obvious.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
