Silicone phone key buttons should be evaluated in the way the finished phone is actually held. A press delivered while gripping the housing can differ from a straight press on a device resting flat on a bench. The housing, keypad support, and conductive contact arrangement need to maintain their intended relationship in those normal handling positions.
Define the key spacing and top shape around the expected finger access. Match the lower contact to its circuit location and keep enough clearance for release at each housing opening. Custom legends should remain visible at the working viewing angle.
Fit the keypad without residual stretch and test the assembled phone through relevant grips and presses. Check edge keys as well as central positions, and verify neighboring buttons remain inactive. During service, investigate housing flex or a displaced support if operation changes when the device is held differently. Preserve the selected button profile when replacing parts rather than adding material beneath a key to compensate for an unresolved support or alignment issue.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
